Entertainment News Pop: Syfy Plans 'Sharknado' Sequel

Syfy says flying sharks will bite again. The network is announcing a sequel to "Sharknado," which became an instant campy classic with its recent airing. The new film premieres in 2014.

Who will win video of the year at the 2013 MTV VMAs? Will it be Justin Timberlake and his trip through time in Mirrors? Or Macklemore and his trip to the Thrift Shop? Either way, the two artists have already been honored with six nominations each, leading the pack of all-stars that includes Bruno Mars, Robin Thicke and more.

Another day, another Benedict Cumberbatch trailer. Yesterday it was 12 Years a Slave; today it's the trailer for The Fifth Estate, starring Cumberbatch as notorious WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. The movie is directed by Bill Condon, with a screenplay based in part on the book by former Wikileaks spokesperson Daniel Domscheit-Berg, Inside WikiLeaks: My Time with Julian Assange.
