Oscar Isaac Covers Bill Murray’s ‘Star Wars’ Theme Song (Video)

Oscar Isaac is putting his musical ability to good use again two years after breaking out in the Coen brothers’ “Inside Llewyn Davis.”

During his interview with GQ, the actor who plays Poe Dameron “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” pulled out a guitar and covered Bill Murray‘s “Star Wars” theme song from his iconic “Saturday Night Live” sketch.

Murray sang the silly song during one of his famous Nick the lounge singer sketches in season two of “SNL.”

In his interview with GQ, Isaac revealed that portraying Poe, a new human male lead with a strong commitment to the Resistance, was among his toughest jobs yet.

“It was hard. I actually felt the most green and insecure that I had in a long time,” he said.
