Via a Facebook video that’s quickly gone viral, Payne — a suburban mother of two — records herself in her car opening a secret birthday present that she’s just bought for herself at Kohl’s. Over the course of the ensuing four minutes, she proceeds to build anticipation for this item’s big reveal, and then, upon showing the world her latest purchase, bursts into a prolonged bit of hysterical cackling that truly epitomizes childlike fandom in its most extreme form.
