Hey, a 20-year-old is entitled -- and expected! -- to change her mind, particularly in matters of personal style. Six months after declaring "you will never see me with long hair again," Miley Cyrus has revealed that she's kind of over the short punk pixie 'do that shocked fans almost exactly one year ago.
Speaking with pal Kelly Osbourne during a recent E! Fashion Police episode, the painstakingly edgy "We Can't Stop" singer confessed that she really, really misses her long hair. "I'm secretly tugging on it every night and taking Viviscal," she said of the hair-growth vitamin supplement. "I'm not going to lie. But I'm going to rock it while I have it."
Celebrity hairstylist Chris McMillan (who gave Jennifer Aniston "The Rachel" in the late '90s) chopped off Cyrus' shoulder-length locks back in August 2012, part of the former Disney star's ongoing sexy, racy makeover.
Making a hard-to-keep vow about maintaining her short hair forever to E back in February, Cyrus said that fiance Liam Hemsworth "loves" her short do. "It's so much easier to go shave the sides once a week rather than getting your roots done when you have long hair. I feel like when you have short hair, the messier it is, the better it looks."
