Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is voicing Maui, a rollicking South Pacific demi-god, in Disney’s upcoming animated saga Moana. Of course you knew that already, because the outrageously busy actor has been treating fans to regular social media reveals about the film for the past few weeks. Today is no different, as Johnson has now debuted a brand-new clip — and it features, for the first time, a snippet of a song written for the family adventure by Hamilton mastermind Lin Manuel-Miranda. Watch it below:

On his Instagram page, Johnson uploaded the new scene featuring the self-congratulatory song “You’re Welcome,” which suggests that he may be half-singing, half-speaking his big numbers. Regardless of his less-than-Frank-Sinatra-grade pipes however, the star appears to be diving into the process, writing, “We just doin’ a little sanging over here or as we say in the streets, ‘I’m spittin’ that fire bruh!'”

Fans will get a chance to hear just how well Johnson handles Miranda’s tunes when Moana — co-starring the voices of Auli’I Cravalho, Temuera Morrison, Nicole Scherzinger, Jemaine Clement, Rachel House and Alan Tudyk — arrives in theaters on Nov. 23. You can check out the never-before-seen scene from the film above.
