We Asked the 'Maze Runner' Cast All Your Most Glader-Crazed Fan Questions

How do the young cast members of Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials unwind after a long day of racing around set? By engaging in a virtual race via a game of Mario Kart, it turns out.

This was just one of the many things we learned when we put Scorch Trials stars Dylan O'Brien, Kaya Scodelario, Ki Hong Lee, Dexter Darden, and Thomas Brodie-Sangster on the stand to answer a series of questions submitted by fans, which you can watch in the video above. “Kaya and Dex” are the champs,“ O'Brien (MTV’s Teen Wolf) said. “But we’ve all played so much that we’ve all ended up getting really, really good at Mario Kart,” Darden added. “So it gets really intense and fun.”

Fans were also curious what kind of tunes they would listen to (if the Gladers were allowed iPods, anyway), which prompted musical reactions from Lee and O'Brien (Survivor’s “Eye of the Tiger”), Scodelario (America’s “A Horse With No Name”), and Darden (The Proclaimers’ “500 Miles”).

Then there was the question of what three wishes O'Brien who again stars as Thomas in this sequel to 2014’s The Maze Runner – would we want granted (should he have a chance encounter with a genie?). “I would wish for the Mets to win the World Series, and then I would wish for some chicken cutlets,” he said. “And then I would wish for health and happiness for all my loved ones.”
