Mark Wahlberg, Michael Bay, and More Hit the Ignition on 'Transformers: Age of Extinction' in Hong Kong

Dark clouds may have rolled in on Hong Kong Thursday, but that didn’t stop Mark Wahlberg from rolling out for the Transformers: Age of Extinction premiere. A huge Optimus Prime took the bulk of the rain, standing in the backdrop as Wahlberg, 43, and his co-stars brought their red-carpet best to a huge crowd of cheering fans.

Stanley Tucci, 53, came prepared with a huge umbrella. Wonder if it transforms into anything?

Director Michael Bay, 49, brought even more awesome to the premiere in Victoria Harbor rocking his power suit and purple tie as he pointed out all the buildings in the skyline that he blows up in the movie.

Leading lady Nicola Peltz, 19, made sure people didn’t notice the weather in her ice blue peekaboo dress. She plays Wahlberg’s daughter in the movie and admitted to Yahoo Movies that the Oscar-nominated actor was “definitely a father figure to me” in real life.

Jack Reynor, 22, didn’t need an umbrella. The Irish actor was too busy taking selfies with fans’ cameras to bother. He plays a race car driver who dates Peltz’s character and told us that he grew up watching a little Top Gear which helped prepare him for the role.

Kelsey Grammer, 59, plays one of the film’s villains but you wouldn’t know it from his huge grin.

Chinese actress Li Bingbing, 41, brought an artful look to the occasion with her unique, half-opaque, half-sheer skirt and delicate jewelry.
