LeBron James really does want Space Jam 2 to become a reality.

When Today asked him for his thoughts on a sequel to the 1996 film starring Michael Jordan — as well as Looney Tunes characters like Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Tweety Bird — James said, after weeks of rumors, “We hope so. We’re definitely missing Bugs and Daffy and Tasmanian Devil and every last one of them, so hopefully we can do some great things.”

Speculation for the sequel began when the NBA superstar and his company Spring Hill Entertainment signed a deal with Warner Bros. Entertainment spanning all areas of content creation. Since Warner Bros. originally released Space Jam, the idea of a follow-up began to circulate online.
