Katherine Heigl Sharpens Her Knives vs. Rosario Dawson in 'Unforgettable' Trailer

“I’m done with crazy,” says Geoff Stults in the new trailer for 2017 thriller Unforgettable (watch it above), which is too bad because, clearly, crazy isn’t done with him — not when his ex (Katherine Heigl) is laser-focused on creating a living hell for him and his new wife (Rosario Dawson).

Unforgettable, the directorial debut from veteran producer Denise Di Novi (Edward Scissorhands, A Walk to Remember, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants), looks like the latest in a long line of movies about spurned women who go off the rails and attempt to win back their loved ones by terrorizing their new mates. By the looks of the promo, Heigl is in pitch-perfect out-of-her-mind form as a woman who can’t cope with the fact that she’s been replaced in her house — and at her daughter’s bedside — by Dawson. As the tagline says, “When Love Ends, Madness Begins,” and sure enough, the teaser flashes scenes of stalking, false accusations, and an eventual knife fight between hunter and hunted.

Since this first look gives away most of what’s in store for these characters, interested moviegoers might consider it one big spoiler. Unforgettable is scheduled to arrive in theaters on April 21, 2017.
