Film 360's Ben Forkner and Guymon Casady, who developed the script with the writers, also are producing alongside Perfect Storm's Troy Craig Poon and Bruno Wu. Perfect Storm's Ryan Andolina brought the material into the company.

Poon dubs Hibernation a dynamic futuristic thriller. "The story is fresh, inventive and one we found immensely compelling," he tells The Hollywood Reporter.

Perfect Storm, which is backed with private equity, aims to develop, produce and finance 2-3 movies a year.

Film 360's recent credits include Sony's Hope Springs. The company is currently in production on Paranoia starring Liam Hemsworth.

Robertson and Frank are repped by WME, Management 360 and Dan Fox at Hanson, Jacobson.

Lin is handled by CAA, manager Dana O'Keefe of Cinetic Media and attorney John Sloss.
