Justin Bieber Wins First Grammy Award

Justin Bieber won his first Grammy Award for his song “Where Are Ü Now” in the category for Best Dance Recording alongside Skrillex and Diplo.

Bieber tweeted thanks to his supporters shortly after, writing “Beliebers.. We did it! I love you. Now get ready for the show. Not done yet. #GRAMMYs.”

Other songs nominated in the category were Above & Beyond’s “We’re All We Need,” The Chemical Brothers’ “Go,” “Never Catch Me” by Flying Lotus featuring Kendrick Lamar, and Galantis’ “Runaway.”

Bieber is not nominated for another award, although his fourth studio album, “Purpose,” was just released in November.
