Kate Winslet, 38, vamps it up in a black and green hourglass dress at the Saturday premiere for 'A Little Chaos' at the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival. The high waist and color blocking compliment Winslet's figure, and she accents the look with dangling earrings and a matching bracelet.
