How Well Does 'Moana' Star Auli'i Cravalho Know Her Costar Dwayne Johnson?
Disney’s latest animated blockbuster Moana sends vocal stars Auli’i Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson on an eventful and music-filled seafaring adventure. But even though the duo’s characters Moana and Maui spend practically the whole movie together onscreen, Cravalho tells Yahoo Movies that their real life encounters were more limited. “This being my first film, I fully believed I’d be rubbing elbows with Dwayne Johnson in the recording studio,” says the 16-year-old Hawaiian-born singer and actress, who makes her big-screen debut with Moana. “But, as it turns out, we did not. Most of the acting [in an animated film] is down wherever you are.”

But don’t be too disappointed for Cravalho. She’s since gotten to meet her fellow adventurer in the flesh multiple times on the red carpet as well as in special behind-the-scenes shoots. So we felt okay about challenging her to a “Know Your Co-Star” quiz to see just how much she knows about the former wrestler–turned–movie star and newly crowned People‘s “Sexiest Man Alive.” Watch the video above to see Cravalho field such questions as “What is Dwayne Johnson’s middle name?” and “What’s the one thing that scares him?” And no, the answer’s not Disney princesses.
