This guy couldn't stand his girlfriend using a tiny mirror 'to do her masterpieces' — so he built her something better
A young woman’s boyfriend is more than just supportive of her beauty habit. He went the extra mile to help her makeup dreams come true.
On Oct. 18, a man who goes by Michael on Twitter shared photos of new drawers and a lighted vanity that he built. It’s the type of setup that would send any beauty lover to organizational heaven. “Couldn’t stand my girlfriend using a tiny mirror to do her masterpieces so I made her something better,” he tweeted.
The unit is its own little beauty nook, perfect for a budding beauty guru. Judging by the hashtag, the present commemorates the couple’s two-year anniversary.

Michael isn’t the only boyfriend to stand out on social media for supporting his significant other. On Thursday, Yahoo Lifestyle gave a shout-out to a man who helped his girlfriend reattach her false lashes at a party. There aren’t many non-makeup artists who can handle lash glue, but apparently this man was ready to save the day.

“When your eye lash comes off at a party, but he got you,” the girlfriend tweeted, while sharing a video of her guy helping her out.
It’s also hard not to love this man, who fed his girlfriend chicken nuggets while she got a manicure.

Even better, the manicurist was actually the girl’s mother, meeting her boyfriend for the first time.
While we wouldn’t normally recommend that your significant other feed you in front of your parents, there’s something next-level about getting McDonald’s and a manicure all at once. Anyone out there with single friends who just happen to love beauty and chicken nuggets, please feel free to pass our info along.
