Geoff Stults Jumps Into ‘Granite Mountain’; Martha Kelly Joins ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’

Geoff Stults has joined the cast of Joseph Kosinski’s Granite Mountain, the true tale of the elite Granite Mountain Hotshots firefighter crew’s battle to douse the 2013 Yarnell Hill wildfire in Arizona, one of the deadliest in history. Nineteen of the crew’s 20 firefighters died when the wind changed and fire engulfed them from all sides. Jennifer Connelly, Josh Brolin, Miles Teller, Jeff Bridges, Taylor Kitsch, Ben Hardy and James Badge Dale star in the pic penned by Ken Nolan and Eric Warren Singer. Stults, who recurs on CBS’ The Odd Couple and on the big screen is up next in Warner Bros’ Unforgettable, will play Travis Turbyfil, Bravo Squad’s lead firefighter, an ex-Marine, the size of a moose and the crew’s mechanical wiz. He’s repped by UTA.

Actress/stand-up comedian Martha Kelly has joined the cast of Marvel and Sony’s Spider-Man: Homecoming. Her role and the storyline are being kept under wraps. Kelly, who currently appears on FX’s Baskets, is repped by APA and Brillstein Entertainment Partners.
