A Gay Captain America? Marvel Fans Debate Hashtag Demanding Boyfriend for First Avenger
Captain America fans are taking a page out of the “Frozen” fans’ playbook and demanding that the Marvel hero get a boyfriend in his next movie.
The hashtag #GiveCaptainAmericaABoyfriend was trending on Tuesday, with many fans asking for a romantic relationship between Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) and Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan). Others, however, feel that giving Cap a boyfriend would be unnecessary.
Do you think Captain America should be gay in future movies? Let us know in the comments section after you check out a sampling of the debate amongst fans below.
