Gal Gadot’s Painful Wonder Woman Costume Fitting Story
On Monday’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, Gal Gadot shared a traumatizing story about her costume for Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice. Gadot played Wonder Woman and was flown to Michigan for a fitting of the newly redesigned Wonder Woman costume.
The new outfit did not look like the supremely recognizable costume worn by Lynda Carter in the television series — it had less of an Americana feel and was more formfitting.
As Gadot tried on the costume, she realized it was so tight that she was running short of breath. Luckily, her fitters pulled the costume off of her just before she passed out.
Jimmy was shocked that she had to wear such a revealing costume while Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill got full sleeves and long pants. He asked if she felt vulnerable. She responded, “No, just cold.”
