EXCLUSIVE: Carrie Underwood Shares the Secret to Her Fit Physique: 'It Doesn't Have to Be Complicated!'

Whether she's all glammed up on the red carpet or dressed down in sweats, there's no denying Carrie Underwood's figure is absolutely flawless.

ET's Sophie Schillaci spoke with the "Heartbeat" singer on Sunday at the American Country Countdown Awards at The Forum in Inglewood, California, where she revealed the secret to her seriously toned physique.

"You don't need that much," the 33-year-old country star shared. "I like free weights and a Bosu, and you're in business. Maybe a medicine ball. I do lots of squats and lunges, and I like to run, I like to run outside if my knee allows me to. But just body weight stuff, push-ups, pull ups. It doesn't have to be complicated."

All that exercise has clearly paid off! Just look at Underwood in the stunning peek-a-boo number she rocked on the red carpet.

As gorgeous as she looks, one has to wonder what her husband, NHL star Mike Fisher, has to say while she's getting ready at home before hitting red carpets. However, Underwood says she doesn't pay his fashion tips any heed.

When asked if Fisher ever offered style advice, Underwood joked, "No. I don't care. I love him, but I don't care."

While she might not care about his fashion advice, she does care about his career. Recently, the 35-year-old centerman for the Nashville Predators was honored by his team for playing over 1,000 NHL games.

Underwood, and the couple's 14-month-old son Isaiah, joined Fisher on the ice during the celebration. Check out the video below for a look at the adorable family moment.
