Disney Unveils ‘Planes’ Voice Cast

Fasten your seatbelts — the voice cast for Disney’s Planes has been revealed. Joining Dane Cook as the voice of Dusty, are Stacy Keach, Brad Garrett, Teri Hatcher, Cedric the Entertainer, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, John Cleese, Carlos Alazraqui, Priyanka Chopra, Gabriel Iglesias, Roger Craig Smith, Colin Cowherd, Sinbad, Oliver Kalkofe and Brent Musburger. Also on board — Anthony Edwards as the voice of Echo and Val Kilmer as Bravo, both members of the Jolly Wrenches and fans of air racing. A sort-of Cars spinoff and directed by Disneytoon Studios veteran and aviation enthusiast Klay Hall (King Of The Hill, The Simpsons), Disney’s Planes tells the story of Dusty, a single-engine crop-duster with sky-high ambitions with just one problem: he’s afraid of heights. It takes off in theaters in 3D on August 9th.
