Dan Aloni, Christopher Nolan's Agent, Out of CAA
Dan Aloni, a CAA motion picture agent who represents Christopher Nolan, Michel Gondry and David Dobkin, among others, was fired from the agency Wednesday morning, according to a CAA insider.
CAA did not respond to requests for comment. It appeared that Aloni had been fired, but it was not immediately clear.
According to an insider at CAA, partner Richard Lovett stepped out about before the end of a motion picture staff meeting, then stepped back in to call the agents together.
Soon after, Aloni (left, with Emma Thomas and client Christopher Nolan) was gone from CAA.
The agency will certainly scramble to keep their high profile clients.
