Chris Pratt: Andy Dwyer Would Be First to Die in 'Jurassic World'

In Jurassic World, Chris Pratt’s Owen Grady is a self-assured dinosaur whisperer who springs into action when an escaped Indominus rex throws the theme park into a state of chaos.

As for how Andy Dwyer, the actor’s far less fit Parks and Recreation character who made Pratt famous, would fare in a similar catastrophe, the star doesn’t think it would end well. “If Andy Dwyer were in Jurassic World, he would definitely be the reason the dinosaur escaped, it would all be his fault,” Pratt, 35, tells Yahoo Movies in the video above. “And he’d be the first to be eaten.”

Pratt isn’t much more confident in the skills of Burt Tyrannosaurus Macklin, Andy Dwyer’s crime-fighting alter ego, despite his middle name: “I think Burt Macklin would also be the reason the dinosaurs escaped, and he would be the second to be eaten.”

The idea of Jurassic Parks and Recreation has, as you’d expect, gotten the Internet mashup treatment, and also been a tweeting point for a couple of Pratt’s old Pawnee friends:
