For purposes of these

Official Rules, "receipt" of an Entry occurs when Yahoo! receives

your registration and entry information as properly submitted by you in

accordance with the instructions above. In the event of a dispute regarding the

identity of the holder of a Twitter account or handle, the dispute will be

resolved in favor of the individual who is the "authorized email account

holder" of the "alternate email address" provided when the

Twitter account was created. "Authorized email account holder" is

and no substitutions, cash equivalents or redemptions will be made, except that

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize package with another prize
