Conan O'Brien's premiere of his new late-night gig on TBS made headlines — but first guest Seth Rogen stole the show with details of his engagement. The actor and long-time girlfriend Lauren Miller are finally tying the knot.

The 28-year-old appeared in three of Rogen's movies: "Superbad," "Zach and Miri Make a Porno," and "Observe and Report."
While her roles may have been minor, their relationship is major: The couple has been together for six years. Rogen finally popped the question after a visit to her family in Boston. According to an insider, Miller was shocked, having given up on him ever asking her hand.

Rogen, also 28, has gotten fit in preparation for his role in "The Green Hornet" opposite super-fit Cameron Diaz. Miller has also slimmed down in recent years. The multi-talented Miller has also written, directed, and produced several short films.
Rogen has always seemed positively thrilled to have the lovely Lauren at his side, telling Life and Style: "I have a girlfriend who is far prettier than I should have."
