Report: Russell Wilson to have cameo in 'Entourage' movie; Tom Brady too?

Shutdown Corner

Russell Wilson is getting a taste of the good life following a Super Bowl win.

No truth to the rumor that the Seattle Seahawks quarterback is thinking of switching agents to Ari Gold, but Wilson is reported to be involved with the new Entourage movie project that is filming currently by SI.com.

Actor Jeremy Piven, reprising the role of Gold in the film after the long-running HBO bro fave show, put up a photo on his Instagram account with Wilson, himself and members of the movie's cast.

Wilson, a self-proclaimed freak for the show, appears to have the charisma to out-cool even Vince, E, Turtle and Johnny Drama.

But then again, so does Tom Brady. The New England Patriots quarterback knows all about the celebrity scene, having won three titles and already appearing in the HBO series years ago, playing in a golf tournament and getting his driver smahed by Drama. Funny stuff.

Is Brady going to join Wilson in the new film? Hmm, he was pictured on the set recently, which was captured by Doug Ellin, the show's creator.

We'll have to wait and see for both, perhaps. Entourage isn't slated for release until June 2015.

Should the Seahawks worry about Wilson getting distracted? After all, a few weeks ago he was taking ground balls with the Texas Rangers, and for all we know he's on the short list to host "Saturday Night Live."

For now, he's just a young man enjoying his life, and we should not assume that football doesn't remain his top priority. After all, Wilson's maturity appears to be one of his strongest suits. And what's wrong with enjoying your fame a little on the side?
