The film features Hiddleston as Adam, a 500-year-old vampire living in seclusion in modern-day Detroit. But their reunion is soon interrupted by her sister Ava (Mia Wasikowska), a younger vampire who still can't control her more destructive urges.

The unconventional bloodsucker tale earned rave reviews when it screen at Cannes and the Toronto International Film Festival. Also starring John Hurt, Jeffrey Wright, and Anton Yelchin, "Only Lovers Left Alive" opens in New York and Los Angeles on April 11. Come back Friday for the full trailer premeire.
