Everything With RZA Is Automatically 36 Percent Better

Maybe it's because we're one of those dopey white people who think they're cool because they've always been into the Wu-Tang Clan -- and boy, are there ever so many of us -- we absolutely love every time RZA shows up in a movie. (Fun RZA factoid: The New York Daily News claims that RZA, a Staten Island native like all Wu-Tang boys, has the "largest extended family in New York City." That can make dating a challenge!) He has a funny little 60-second scene in "A Very Harold and Kumar 3-D Christmas," though we're still counting the minutes until "The Man with the Iron Fist," which RZA co-wrote (with Eli Roth!) and directed, and will star Russell Crowe. Because of course!

We are staunchly pro-RZA in our movies, so you can imagine our delight when word broke that RZA will have a role in Quentin Tarantino's "Django Unchained." At some point, we're pretty sure Tarantino is gonna cast our mom. (If he can write in a biker chick role, we'd go with that.)

RZA is gonna play "Thaddeus, a violent slave working on a Mississippi plantation." If only Kevin Costner had stayed in this movie, we could have that Kevin Costner-RZA faceoff we've been waiting our whole lives for.
