Give Woody Harrelson this: You never quite know what he's going to do next. He'll appear in a great drama like "The Messenger," then give a pretty off-key performance in something like "Friends With Benefits." But he's terrific in the forthcoming "Rampart," and we're optimistic about his latest movie, "Now You See Me," the magician-heist film where he'll re-team with his "Zombieland" co-star Jesse Eisenberg. And be honest: You never would have guessed that he'd be the guy with the longest-running film career from "Cheers." [Showblitz/Variety]

Diego Klattenhoff is a name you probably don't recognize, but he's in the new series "Homeland," and he was on "Mercy" and "Men in Trees." He may get a little more visible now that's signed up for "Pacific Rim," that majorly ambitious Guillermo del Toro movie about alien monsters and robots. We don't know what role he'll have in the movie, but this description is a new one for us: "[H]e is expected to appear in the film's opening scene." So make sure you get to the theater on time! Ramin Bahrani is one of America's more promising micro-budget filmmakers, responsible for little gems like "Goodbye Solo" and "Chop Shop." His new movie is different in that it actually has stars in that people have heard of. The latest to join his untitled drama is Clancy Brown, but it also has Dennis Quaid, Heather Graham and Zac Efron. Holy cow, human beings may actually go out and see this one. [The Hollywood Reporter]
