AOL To Open Studio For Live Virtual Reality Productions In NYC – Newfront

AOL’s Build live interview series is getting a new home. The company announced today at its Newfront presentation that it will open a ground floor public-facing studio in the fall.

The company says the studio, to be located at 692 Broadway in the heart of NYC, will encompass 13,412 square feet with state-of-the art technology, designed to shoot in 360-degree video. Build currently resides within AOL’s global headquarters at 770 Broadway.

Currently, AOL Build produces at least four hours of live programming each day with 75 live events per month. AOL Build has hosted more than 800 episodes to date with over 2,000 guests from the worlds of entertainment, tech, sports, fashion and business.
