AFI Fest will honor Annette Bening with a tribute, prior to a screening of her latest feature, 20th Century Women.
The Bening tribute will include a conversation with the actress, followed by a Centerpiece Gala screening of the feature, which stars Bening as a single mother raising a son in 1970s Santa Barbara with the help of two free-spirited young women (Greta Gerwig and Elle Fanning).
Bening is a four-time Oscar nominee whose credits include American Beauty, Being Julia and The Kids Are Alright.
As previously announced, Bening's husband, Warren Beatty, will open the fest with the world premiere of his old Hollywood movie Rules Don't Apply. Isabelle Huppert will be honored with a tribute, followed by a Centerpiece Gala screening of her film Elle.
The AFI Fest runs Nov. 10 to 17 in Hollywood.
