We discovered when we debuted the trailer for Amira & Sam late last year that the film is an unconventional romantic comedy. This clip, showing Amira wearing her hijab while wryly claiming to be a prostitute, offers more evidence of the indie flick’s fresh take on love and cultural collisions.

Amira & Sam, starring Martin Starr (Freaks & Geeks and Silicon Valley) and newcomer Dina Shihabi, enters select theaters and becomes available on VOD today.
