As far as the '90s go, no movie had quite the impact on both audiences and critics as Quentin Tarantino's 'Pulp Fiction.' An anthology of three films in one, with little regard for chronology, 'Pulp' tells the story of two hitmen, a boxer, and one disgusting car clean-up in a way that seamlessly blends characters, time, and plotlines. The film made stars out of Samuel L. Jackson and Uma Thurman, put John Travolta back in the cool conversation, and elevated Tarantino to director royalty. It debuted at the New York Film Festival 20 years ago, and continues to inspire film geeks today.
