'Outbreak' Flashback! 20 Years Ago at the Premiere of the All-Star Epidemic Thriller

Twenty years ago this week, Hollywood stoked our germ phobia with the star-packed medical thriller 'Outbreak,' about a deadly monkey-borne virus that threatens the nation. Dustin Hoffman and Rene Russo play odd-couple exes, a divorced pair of scientists racing to contain the disease, while a host of famous faces fill out the supporting roles, including Kevin Spacey as a fellow researcher, Cuba Gooding Jr. as a helicopter pilot, Patrick Dempsey as a punk animal dealer, Morgan Freeman as a brigadier general, and Donald Sutherland as (what else?) his nefarious subordinate. Click through to see photos from the movie's red-carpet premiere on March 6, 1995 in Los Angeles, a very '90s affair with guest appearances from Claire Danes, Jason Patric, and Dolly Parton.
