Materials:
Wooden dowels
Ribbon
Jingle bells
Tools:
Hot glue gun
Scissors
Instructions:
1. Cut ribbon to about a yard with a diagonal cut.
2. Hot glue the ribbon to the stick.
3. Cut a bit of skinny ribbon and use it to tie the jingle bell onto the end of stick
