Ice cube tray

1. Add juice or your favorite beverage to an ice cube tray and freeze.
2. Add a few cubes to a glass of water.
Make Your Own Soda Concentrate
We all know soda is bad for us, (yes, even sugar-free varieties!), but sometimes you just can’t help yourself. In this case, we suggest you make your own! Create a soda concentrate with your favorite juice, like strawberry lemonade, and add it to sparkling water. You control the sugar. You control the ingredients.
Materials:
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup favorite juice
• ½ cup water
• Sparkling water
Instructions:
1. Simmer sugar, juice and water in a pan until the mixture reduces by half and becomes a little more syrupy.
2. Add a splash or two to a glass and top with sparkling water.
