Perfect Peppermint Candy Decorations

Candy canes and peppermints are synonymous with the holidays. Their red and white stripes make us think of jingle bells and caroling and we jump at any opportunity of incorporating them into our holiday décor. How about making them the festive centerpiece on your buffet?

Materials:

  • Big bag of peppermints

  • Red bauble ornaments

  • 3 tall glass vases

  • Red, cotton fabric

Tools:

  • Hot glue gun

  • Scissors

Instructions:

  1. Fill one vase with red baubles, one with peppermints and one with both, layering them alternately.

  2. Cut the word “Joy” out of your red fabric. Make sure the letters will fit on the fronts of the vases.

  3. Glue on peppermints to your fabric letters.

  4. Glue your fabric letters, with the peppermints attached, to the vases.
