KFC Chicken Cakes Are a Bucket of Pure Awesome
Some cake decorations are so amazing, they’ll blow your mind. These cakes, well, they’ll deep-fry your mind instead.
Bakers are now crafting intricately detailed KFC cakes that are near-perfect replicas of the standard bucket of poultry. Branka Njegich of Perth, Australia, created one so realistic, it went viral after she posted it to her Facebook and Instagram pages.
Njegich, a computer programmer by day and crazy cake master by night, gave Daily Mail Australia the rundown on the cake’s composition.
“It’s all cake, the only things that aren’t edible is the Pepsi can, obviously, and the little boxes. The popcorn chicken is not chicken, the chips are fondant, the gravy is a creamy caramel and the mashed potato a vanilla buttercream. The corn is all edible. It’s jelly beans and melted Starbursts.”
