While we wouldn’t suggest you make your own wedding cake (or any other high-profile wedding day detail), your wedding favors are another story. Giving away something your guests can enjoy that’s both homemade and edible makes a lot of sense. Here, easy DIY edible favor projects you can totally manage.

Refreshing Limoncello Favor

Supplies:

Limoncello
Swing-top bottles
Baker’s twine
Tags

How to:

1. Mix up your own batch of lemon liquor.
2. Funnel limoncello into swing-top bottles (we got ours at SpecialtyBottle.com) and tightly seal.
3. Download our template here and print “pucker up” tags.
4. Hang tags from bottles using baker’s twine (available at TheKnotShop.com).

Campfire S’mores Kit Favors

Supplies:

Patterned paper
Acrylic boxes
Marshmallows
Chocolate bars
Graham crackers
Cloth ribbon
Kraft tags

How to:

1. Cut patterned paper into a square and insert into the back of each acrylic box (we got ours from Uline.com).
2. Artfully stack marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers.
3. Wrap the box like a present, finishing with cotton ribbon (available at TheKnotShop.com).
4. Write a note to guests on a kraft tag (available at TheKnotShop.com) and attach to the ribbon.

BBQ Spice Rub Favors

Supplies:

Painter’s tape
Spice jars
Gold spray paint
Spice rub
Adhesive labels
Twine

How to:

1. Using painter’s tape, measure off a quarter-inch strip and tape it around the bottom of each jar (we got ours at SpecialtyBottle.com).
2. Paint bottom of the jars and caps using gold spray paint.
3. Fill jars with homemade spice rub.
4. Download our “seasoned with love” template here and print adhesive labels.
5. Attach labels to the center of the jar.
6. Finish with a simple twine bow
