Cinnamon Streusel Is the Key to Craveable Dessert Pizza

You know that delicious, crumbly sweet topping you find on coffeecakes and muffin tops? It’s called streusel, and we’re all about it!

Our love of this cinnamon-y goodness got us thinking about new and fun ways to sprinkle it on, well, pretty much everything. Our favorite idea? Cinnamon-streusel pizza!

A butter-brushed pizza dough covered in cinnamon-sugar crumble, drizzled with a vanilla glaze and dotted with white chocolate chips has us craving dessert first!

Cinnamon-streusel pizza

  • 1 can store-bought pizza dough

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

  • Pastry brush

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Roll out the pizza dough into a round, and lay it on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.

3. Using a fork, prick holes all over the dough, so that it doesn’t bubble up while baking, then brush it with about a tablespoon of melted butter.

4. Combine the remaining butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, and flour in a small bowl, and mix to form a crumbly topping.

5. Crumble the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the pizza crust, leaving an inch-wide edge around the circumference.

6. Bake the pizza for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.

7. Meanwhile, combine the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to form a smooth glaze.

8. Drizzle the glaze over the baked pizza, and top with white chocolate chips while it’s still warm, so the chips melt slightly into the pizza.
