You’d be hard pressed to find a coworker, friend, or anyone for that matter who is completely satisfied with their productivity levels. From stress to procrastination (and let’s be honest, Facebook), we are all guilty of allowing a variety of factors to keep us from taking full advantage of the time we have at work, school, etc. Bad habits are embedding in a person’s behavior from a young age.
