Carrie Underwood isn't afraid to tack on a little TikTok challenge to one of her workouts.

In a new video posted to her TikTok page, Underwood, 38, is seen crushing the new "Rock the Boat" challenge after completing a full exercise routine. "Fun times after a fit52… #RockTheBoatChallenge #alreadysweaty #WhyDidntISmile," she wrote in the caption.

For background, the "Rock the Boat" challenge involves folks doing a slew of moves, including shoulder taps and mountain climbers, all set to the 504 Boyz' track, "Grab Da Wall & Rock Da Boat."

In her TikTok video, Underwood makes the (extremely physically) challenge look easy. First, she gets into a plank position before doing a few alternating shoulder taps with her hands. Next, the country singer begins doing mountain climbers, a killer move that targets the core and shoulder muscles. To wrap up the "Rock the Boat" challenge, the country singer completes push-ups, all the while moving her legs in and out. (See: 6 Plank Exercises for a Stronger Core)

After rolling through this workout seemingly with ease, Underwood's followers applauded her athleticism. "You made that look way to [sic] easy," commented one follower on Instagram, where Underwood also shared the TikTok video. "That's incredibly badass," responded another, while one fan said, "I couldn't even hold myself up 😩."

While mountain climbers can potentially leave you feeling breathless, this low-impact exercise is packed with major health benefits. "It's good for your lungs, heart, and so many bigger muscle groups in your body," Ashley Joi, a certified personal trainer and Isopure Athlete, previously told Shape. "It's a very beneficial exercise that people should incorporate more into home workouts, bodyweight workouts, and warm-ups."

Of course, Underwood has been going hard at the gym for ages. She regularly posts snippets of her workouts on Instagram and even has her own fitness app called Fit52 (which is available for a free download through the Apple App Store and Google Play). The app, which costs $1.50 per week or $80 per year, provides users access to full-body workouts and recipes. When it comes to her own workout routine, however, Underwood previously told Shape that she doesn't like to complicate things. "We all have enough to worry about and enough to do in our lives," she said. "I believe in keeping things as simple as possible—from workouts to skincare. The fewer things I have to think about and worry about, the better. If it's too complicated, I'm not going to do it."

Underwood has also said that she likes to mix up her workouts and do whatever she's in the mood for. "On different days, that means different things," she previously told Shape. "I'm a bit of a seasonal workout person. If you think about it, in the winter, we're all bundled up, and we all want to be warm, comfortable, there are a lot of holidays. So, I'll lift more and do less cardio then and make use of all those extra holiday food calories and build some muscle. In the summer, I want to feel lighter. I want to run and sweat, so I use the temperature and that feeling to lean up a bit and do more outdoor cardio things." (Related: The One Exercise You'll Never Catch Carrie Underwood Doing)

Overall, Underwood has said she just wants to be strong. "I want to be stronger. If I feel good in my clothes, and I'm starting to see some muscles, it just makes me want to keep going," she told Shape in 2019. "I enjoy how I feel when running up a flight of stairs or picking up my kids or carrying things is easy. I like seeing muscles and feeling progress, so I'm always looking to lift more or do more reps."
