'Yellowstone' Fans Are Super Concerned About John Dutton After Watching the New Season 4 Promo
The anticipation for the season 4 premiere of Yellowstone has reached a fever pitch. Fans of the Dutton family drama are simply beside themselves with anticipation for the 2-hour season premiere, when they hope to find out the fate of the characters who were attacked in the season 3 finale, and what Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser) will do when he finds out who is responsible. Paramount Network has promised that "Revenge is worth the wait," but that certainly doesn't mean waiting is easy!
The show posted a new promo to their Instagram feed. The video, which has been viewed more than 250,000 times, has made fans even more excited for the show's November 7 return.
The countdown is officially on! One fan did the math: "47 days!!!! 🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥," and another lamented, "This is gonna be the longest month ever 😭." One viewer wrote, "Never have I ever been so excited for a new season. I put this in my calendar!" And another excited fan has her priorities straight: "I hope I’m not giving birth when season 4 premieres, I’ll have to change his name to one of the characters 😂."
Of course, perceptive fans didn't miss the video's ominous warning from Chief Thomas Rainwater (Gil Birmingham), which also serves as the post's caption: "One leader falls, another rises." Viewers hopped in the comment section to express their concern over the fate of the Dutton family leader, John (Kevin Costner), who was shot at the end of season 3. One comment said, "One leader falls, and another one rises?! Say it isn’t so 😢." Another fan wrote, "Wait? What?!! Who fell? No way John Dutton is going out like that."
