Yas! ‘Wonder Woman 2’ Is the First Film to Adopt New Anti-Sexual Harassment Guidelines

Wonder Woman 2 is making even larger strides in female empowerment.

The forthcoming sequel starring Gal Gadot is set to become the first film to implement the Producers Guild of America’s new anti-sexual harassment guidelines.

According to PGA presidents Gary Lucchesi and Lori McCreary, the new guidelines cover how to prevent harassment and specifically lay out reporting procedures.

Wonder Woman is the highest grossing film directed by a woman (Patty Jenkins) and the highest-earning DC franchise film, making it the perfect avenue to herald this important change.
