Flow (60°F) is a yoga-inspired mobility and strength class focused on strengthening the mind-body connection. Slide (55°F) uses a slide board, which challenges your balance, mobility, and core strength, while sculpting the legs, glutes, and inner thighs. Hit (45°F) combines dumbbell circuit training with battle rope exercises for the ultimate kick-ass strength and conditioning workout. After your workout, you can head to their communal infrared sauna to “chill” out!
