Wonton Wrapper Ravioli Is An Easy and Healthy Alternative
RONI PROTER: I have a secret to making the most delicious and easy four-cheese ravioli. I'm just going to mix this all together. I'm going to use the rind of a lemon. I have one pot sticker here and I'm going to brush the entire thing with a little bit of beaten egg. I'm going to take some of my filling, not too much.
I'm going to take another pot sticker, place it over, just mash down getting rid of any air inside. And then, gently dip your gorgeous little ravioli into that boiling water. I'm using a slotted spoon to gently get them out. So the pasta is cooked al dente, so it's got that delicious chewiness about it and that creamy cheese filling and nobody has to know that it was semi-homemade.
