On January 20, 2018, the one year anniversary of the historic Women's March, Hillary Clinton tweeted, "In 2017, the Women’s March was a beacon of hope and defiance. In 2018, it is a testament to the power and resilience of women everywhere. Let’s show that same power in the voting booth this year." Her ask was clear on January 21st at the Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, where thousands of people from around the world gathered for the "Power to the Polls" rally, which both celebrated the anniversary of the Women's March and kicked off the organization's 2018 agenda to elect more women and progressive candidates in this year's midterm elections and beyond.
