Periods. It’s like they know. You can guarantee that vacation you’ve looked forward to all year, the festival with limited (and pretty disgusting) toilet facilities, or even your wedding day is going to coincide with a visit from Aunt Flo. Not fair!

Wouldn’t it be amazing if you could shift your period back a bit? Well, U.K. pharmacy Boots has come up with a nifty new service that allows women to do exactly that.

The period delay service allows women direct access to prescription-only medicines that can delay the arrival of their periods without the need to see their doctors.

The premise is simple. Women fill out an online consultation form to check that the medicine is suitable (Boots has recently changed the brand of the medication to Utovlan), and if it is, they can collect it from their local branch or arrange delivery.

Boots pharmacist Angela Chalmers told Cosmopolitan U.K., “Pop into your local pharmacy and speak to your pharmacist about the different options available, which include the Boots online clinic. This provides the option of a 10- or 20-day course of progesterone tablets, which work to delay your period until the tablets are stopped. This can help you enjoy this time of your life without the worry of the time of the month.”

A 10-day supply of the tablets costs £14.90 (about $21), while a 20-day course costs £22.40 (about $32), which sounds pretty reasonable for enjoying a period-free party.

Paging CVS and Walgreens in the U.S. One note: The medication does not work for those taking the contraceptive pill or using hormonal contraception.
