The Women of 'This Is Us' All Wore Cobalt Blue to the 2018 SAG Awards

The women of This Is Us have undeniably chemistry on-screen, and their bond is even evident on the red carpet at the 2018 SAG Awards. Chrissy Metz, Mandy Moore, and Susan Kelechi Watson, who play Kate, Rebecca, and Beth Pearson, respectively, all showed up to Sunday's red carpet wearing the exact same cobalt blue color. The mom, daughter, and daughter/sister-in-law trio all stunned in their own way with completely different styles, in the unique color. Metz wore a Kate Spade dress with tiers and flower embellishments paired with a dark plum lip and swept-up hair. It makes sense that Metz would choose an accessible designer like Kate Spade after she wore a $139.90 Eloquii dress to the 2018 Critics' Choice Awards earlier this month. Meanwhile, Moore, who served as one of the female-only presenters during the show, wore a floor-length iridescent Ralph Lauren slip dress, styling her hair in loose waves and sporting a bronze smokey eye. Last but not least, Susan Kelechi Watson channeled old Hollywood with a strapless dress Rubin Singer, bold red lip, and half-up-half-down big barrel waves.

Metz, Moore, and Watson are nominated, along with their entire cast, for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series and will be cheering on co-star (and Watson's on-screen husband) Sterling K. Brown for the Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series award. The question is, did the women coordinate the color on purpose, or are they simply just that connected? On This Is Us, the Big Three refers to the triplets, Kate, Kevin, and Randall, but we're here for a new Big Three: Susan, Chrissy, and Mandy.
