Woman stranded at airport goes viral after making hilarious Lionel Richie dance video
While most travelers attempt to squeeze in a few hours of sleep, one woman decided to have some with her delay.
YouTuber Mahshid Mazooji missed a connecting flight and was stuck in Charlotte Douglas International Airport for the night and decided to create her very own music video with the help of airport staff.
“I missed my connecting flight in Charlotte, and I didn’t want to sit in anger all night long, so instead I did what makes me happiest…DANCE!!!!” she wrote on her YouTube page. “Oh, and I made some really great friends along the way!”
The video shows Mazooji busting some moves to Lionel Richie’s “All Night Long.” She even enlisted the help of café workers, baggage handlers, and airport crew who all look delighted to be featured in her video.
It’s already been viewed more than 1.3 million times, with thousands of comments. “Good for you for taking a downside situation and making it fun,” one person said.
“OMG!! Wish more people would overcome problems like this! we would live in a much much better world!!” another person said.
