This all organic producer makes superb wines at really delicious prices. The grapes for this gem are sourced from estate vineyards located in the Tupungato region. The vineyards are located by the foothills of the Andes and are around 4000 ft. in altitude.
The wine is 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay and made in the Charmat method. A beautiful salmon color radiates in the glass. Aromas of strawberry and ripe peaches fill the glass. Flavors of raspberry, citrus, orange notes and cherry zip across the palate. The wine is refreshing and very balanced. Pair with – smoked salmon, semi soft cheeses, grilled shrimp salad or canapes. $15.99
