Willow Smith Wears Futuristic Eyeliner at Dior Couture Show

Willow Smith has proven herself to be a total beauty chameleon. From short hair to long locs to dozens of unexpected makeup styles, you never know what to expect. This week, the singer attended the Dior Spring Summer Haute Couture show in Paris and debuted some eye makeup that made our heads spin. Willow wore her long locs twisted around the crown of her head in a casual updo that instantly drew our eyes to her upside-down, glowing winged liner.

The scene-stealing underliner was created by makeup artist Carole Colombani, and it's actually easier to recreate than you might expect. Carole used the Diorshow Khol #009 White Khol on the inner and outer corners of the bottom lashline, starting from the middle of the lashline and then tracing outward to create sharp ends. She then used Diorskin Nude Air Loose Powder to seal it then dabbed the Dior Pinceau Eyeliner N°24 brush gently on the liner. She finished by applying Diorshow Blackout Mascara #099 Kohl Black on the upper lashes only to make sure that the underliner stole the show.

If you're ever feeling bored by your everyday eyeliner routine, take a cue from Willow and switch things up by flipping your winged liner upside-down. We particularly love that she made it stand out even more with white kohl liner, but if you're in the mood for something subtler, you can always stick to your classic black pencils.
